The Babolat Viper Soft Juan Lebron 3.1 2027 is the softer version of Lebron’s Viper: same diamond shape and head-heavy balance, but with a Soft Carbon face, a medium Black EVA core and 5g less weight.

The Babolat Viper Soft Juan Lebron 3.1 2027 shares the Viper’s diamond shape, head-heavy balance, carbon frame and 38mm profile, but swaps the 3K carbon face for Babolat’s Soft Carbon and the Hard EVA core for a medium-density Black EVA. It comes in at 365g (+/-10g), 5g lighter than the standard Viper.
Those two changes are what you feel. Contact is less harsh, the ball stays on the face a touch longer, and you get a little more help from the racket on smashes when you’re not perfectly set. Blocks and volleys feel stable, and defensive balls are easier to live with than on the hard Viper. What you give up is a small amount of the crisp precision and feedback the standard Viper has at the very top end.
It’s still a head-heavy diamond, so it wants early preparation and decent timing. If you’re an attacking player who likes the Viper but wants more comfort for long sessions, or your arm doesn’t get on with hard rackets, this is the one. If you want the stiffest, most precise version, go for the standard Viper 3.1. If you’re still building consistency, the Veron 3.1 will be kinder.

The Viper Soft 3.1 keeps the Viper shape and balance but feels noticeably kinder on contact. The Soft Carbon face and medium Black EVA hold the ball a fraction longer, so you get a bit more help on smashes when you’re not perfectly set, and blocks at the net feel stable.
You lose a small amount of the crisp precision you get from the hard Viper, and it still needs early preparation because the weight’s in the head. For attacking players who want Viper-style power over a long session without the harsh feel, it’s a really good middle ground. Strong intermediates can make it work too.
